We are a friendly, recreational canoe club based in Derby.

The club is registered with the British Canoe Union and currently has around 100 members.

As a Club, we are privileged to have our own Clubhouse and grounds on the banks of the River Derwent in Darley Abbey, just 10 minutes from the center of Derby and can provide a range of canoes, kayaks and other equipment for our members to use.  We also have a number of BCU qualified instructors who run a variety of courses throughout the year

We welcome paddlers of all standards, including total novices, so if you're already a paddler, or you're looking to try the sport, feel free to get in touch .
